"I think that our health would improve dramatically if we were not split into two factions: those whose backs are being broken to carry those whose limbs have atrophied by getting a free ride. The U.S. is home to the most technologically advanced health care because the U.S. continues to allow the marketplace to exert a measure of innovative and creative force in the health care industry. Once again, it is not the business of the federal government to be involved in this area, just as it is not their job to feed us. Health care should be managed by the private marketplace and private charity, not the federal government."
